Administrative assistant

We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our team to perform various administrative duties. Candidates must be proactive with a positive attitude, good communication skills, motivation to work independently as well as with others. Experience in, outlook, PowerPoint, adobe, Microsoft excel and word software required.

 

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists

Skills

Accounting/bookkeeper

Dover and Company is seeking an accounting assistant to add our team to provide various accounting services. Must have familiarity with basic accounting procedure in MS Office and preferably QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

The primarily role for this position will be working with our accounting department on day today updates to our financial systems, payable/receivable, payroll, etc.

  • Compile financial statements and other financial information from client data.
  • Effectively use QuickBooks, Adobe, Excel and Word software
  • Prepare quarterly and monthly reports
  • Process payroll.
  • Pro-actively champion an attitude of quality service.

     

     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recent payroll, accounting, bookkeeping experience.
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and QuickBooks.
  • Ability to organize work and projects, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Dover and Co. is looking to hire experience Commercial Door Technicians and installers to join our amazing team.
