We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Scheduler who thrives in a dynamic environment. This role combines client support, appointment scheduling, and data management to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. If you are energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping customers, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound service and installation calls
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments
- Qualify customers and enter accurate job details
- Schedule technicians efficiently to maximize daily revenue
- Confirm appointments and manage reschedules

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in home service CSR, scheduling, or dispatch
